Stop getting the game from 3rd party sites! This bug was fixed the day after the Beta was out
Get a legit version of the game and if you somehow still have the bug use the debug in the phone to fix it. And stop getting the game from pirate sites!

when you get to brandys quest the main camera gets stuck and you cant fix

yes, on non-mobile it's fairly easy. On mobile you need to have the buttons enabled and press A I believe
