Please stop downloading unofficial builds and download from our official pages—like the one you commented on. That bug was present in the subscriber-only BETA for less than 24 hours, and it was never present in the official Android build as that was released with the public update.
Download the official version and load an earlier save before the bug, or use the phone's debug menu to fix the camera.

Yeah, eventually you get jobs at the hospital, the pizza place, you can "work" for Candy as a pool boy for cash. Money isn't super important in game so don't stress about it, but if you play the story other jobs become available
the games aspect ratio is not the same as phone's, so there's black bars. If it was stretched to fit it would either look awful or cut off significant chunks of the UI
