I release the game for free because I want people to play it, and I really appreciate anyone that plays and enjoys the game regardless of if they pay anything or not. I just found the suggestion that I shouldn't have a pre-release for those that do support to be kinda ridiculous/entitled. I dunno, I'm gonna choose to believe the original commenter doesn't understand the business model and it was an innocent suggestion.
I'm a free user and personally I'm just happy that the short window release time is as short as it is I'm just happy that the game gets updated regularly and then I get to play it and it makes it even better that there's frequent updates.

there was a small bug, and i forgot how i triggered it, but it was the hotdog scene with the aunt, after i went into the area to rewatch, i did something, maybe skipped through the dialogue or something, and it got stuck with a picture of the scene on my screen, and i lost a bit of progress, not too much luckily, but even reloading the save didnt work, so i had to start from about 30 mins before that
also i dont know how to get into candy's house
edit: i figured out how to get into the house, you just go at noon

Make sure you grab the first page floating in front of the comic shop (where you met her), the other pages don't spawn until after you snag that first one

I clicked on the game option and it says I can't due to it saying I don't have permission to open it. also I have like every png, text and stuff from the game on Mega, I have no clue what's going on, my brother doesn't either and he's the tech guy of the family. I just want to know how to play it.
Some folks have issues with the Mac version - here's some advice I've compiled from different users who got it working.
"If it says permission is denied to open it, try opening the terminal and putting "chmod -R a+x" then leave a space and drag the game icon into terminal, then hit enter. This works for any game that permission is denied for. Disclaimer: I have no idea why this works but it does."
"If you open this on a mac and just get a black screen, try right-clicking -> show package contents -> contents -> MacOS and click 'nwjs' and run that. I think it uses a little more processing power than running it the usual way."
Around when it's done, I post progress logs every week so folks can know where I'm at but I don't do release dates ahead of time, I only announce it around a week out when I know I can make the deadline
I have a writing partner and have hired a coder, but they've only come in board mid last-build and are still working through my old stuff trying to improve it so for now it's just me doing all the production stuff for each update. Hopefully it'll speed up in the future.
For a new teaser image, yeah. Everyone will know, hopefully, when the release is as I will make official announcements on all the social spots. Until I do that, there is no release date, if that was what you assumed I don't know where you got that from
This is a known bug and has been fixed for 5.5 - if you have a save before the game locks, progress time to after 12pm before going on to the stairs. If you're stuck there click the upper right corner where the phone goes, and use that to advance time to after 12pm
typically just downloading the new version will update it. I know this last version that won't work because saves were broken going from .04 to .05, but it should be fine for .5.5
So if you are already playing .5, when the new version releases just download the new apk and let it overwrite the existing version and you should be good to go

Try reloading a save from before this section and playing it again, I think I remember a thing where if the game was exited during this section it would mess things up so that might be it. Lemme know if it works

Basically it's a judgment call on their part if someone is being overly weird, disrespectful, distracting, etc. I don't know what the specific case was regarding what happened with you, but if you are able to do try to contact one of the mods and see if you can get an answer as to what happened
Good game the android version is very enjoyable but please fix the action button get stuck in dialogues when you can't open a door. If you are familiar with summertime saga you certainly would love this game.

no the part where I got to sign up for all the classes, I talked to all the girls I cud find but it wont let me out of the signup area saying I still gotta sign up and talk to all the girls.
Girls and teachers, as you gotta sign up for classes. There's 4 groups of students and 4 teachers you have to talk to, if you think you've done all that and it's still not progressing you can send me your save and I can look at it

Is there a way to change the main character's name in a save (wanting to change name in provided save file 50)
There's an item in your inventory in that save that let's you do that
i install the patch but it doesnot update any scenes so is the patch contain any update on the story?
The 5.1 patch only corrects bugs reported after the public release. There is no new content in that patch
